SIFE HU, what an experience for me really i knew my designing abilities in graphics within working with SIFE HU IT. I was making logos for the projects they do and this is the first logo it's called Handicrafts, one of SIFE HU best projects it was about teaching housewives how to gain money by making handicrafts in very simplified ways. Really it was a great one.

Waves - From The Inside

These 2 designs are hand made-s which I did in the Design Basis in the Prep. Year at the Applied Arts. The 1st. one i called Waves as it's containing many waves inside each other. The other i called From the inside as it feels like it's going deeper and deeper.
Colour used are Gouache

"Sunrise" - Advertising Unit

Another advertising unit with a pharaonic style (lines) Sunrise, as the linear shape looks like the sun is going to rise between the 2 lines or there's something going to rise through them.

This unit has special 2 features the 1st. one that we can use it for advertising in many ways the 1st. is the single ads (Mountain Dew & CocaCola Ad.) the 2nd. is for multi-part ads. as we can see in the images (the small BMW ad.), the 3rd. is the flagged ads. which can be used as multi-part ads. or even normal single ads (the large BMW Ad.).

The second feature is that the vertical size can be extended from a minimum of 0.9m to a maximum of 1.8m (the large BMW Ad.) which can give diversity in ratios and sizes.

"Lotus" - Advertising Unit

This is another advertising unit the linear shape looks like the Lotus flower (ancient Egyptian used to have it on their tombs and templs even inside the pyramids) mostly a pharaonic inspired design as i'm mad about pharaonic designs, if you're interested in pharaonic designs in furniture you may visit Dr. Khaled Mehrez website as his original style in furniture designing is the pharaonic style http://www.mehrezstyle.com

" ? " Advertising Unit

In addition to Metal Furniture and Constructions, we also do design some other metal-related stuff like Advertising Units, Light Units, Moulds and many others. What we have here is an advertising unit for (commercial usage or even announcements) shaped like "?" in an academic way it's a Demilitarization for the Question Mark. This kind of Advertising Units is suitable for Public Gardens, Faculties, or generally any Educational Institute, Embassies ... etc.

My first design using a human charcter inside, this is my closest friend Marwan, He's such an ambitious guy and really this design is nothing to his ambition really he's so Muslim, so active, a very hard worker for his aim and these words are nothing too to his passion. A charecter i created in such a strange mood, it's more like a Penguin with this very cold eye look, he's not cold but he's calm, there's lotta anger inside but he can handle it and turn it into ashes in the air lighting and glowing in the dark night, the circle of thoughts can't stop moving round and round and round, he just can't stop thinkin'. The words beneath his feet are song lyrics "No Apologies - Eminem"

Desert Rose

Desert Rose, one of my old designs, inspired from the song Desert Rose (Sting Ft. Cheb Mami) the design frame is the song lyrics. The whole design represents the beauty of deeper meanings of everything surrounding us especially the Desert as it's not ugly only if we looked clooser we'll see the inner beauty inside of it, and so everything else it's not about the thing itself it's about the eye which is looking at it.

AKGraphics® (Ahmed Kamal Graphics) is a dream in the very begining to come true, a complete graphics designing online office, and in this blog I'll show you my Art Works and Commercial Designs and Web Designs,

I'm Ahmed Kamal, a student in the 1st. year in Metal Furniture and Constructions Department in the Faculty of Applied Arts - Helwan University; and I'm mad about graphics designing, web designing, metal and furniture designing and high technlogy as well.

I usually use Adobe Photoshop CS (as I had Graphics Diploma from Yat Education centers) and I know how to use it pretty well plus a good knowledge of Free Hand, Quark Press, Adobe Illustrator in addition to some web designing Softwares like DreamWeaver, Front Page ... i guess that's it ... so i hope you'll like it here and please don't forget to leave your comment :)
